Back To School Competition TS & CS

1. Macb Back to School competition will run across the Macb Instagram, Facebook and Twitter social media channels.
2. To enter via the above channels, participants must like the post and comment in the comments section of the competition post.
3. The winner of the giveaway will be chosen at random.
4. The winner will receive a ‘terms’ worth of water or 72 x 500mL bottles.
5. Entrants should be aware that certain personal privacy settings on social media platforms may prevent their entry from being seen and this their entry form being registered, for which the promoter and Data Controller will not be liable.
6. This promotion is only open to Scottish residents with a Scottish address aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Macb, their families and any other person directly connected with this promotion.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. Competition entry closes at 23.59 on the 27th of August 2023. Entries after this date will not be considered.
9. The winner will be announced by 23.59 on the 1st of September 2023.
10. Winners will be notified by private message via the account they commented with on the competition post.
11. No cash or other alternative is offered in place of the prize named in these terms and conditions.
12. The prize needs to be accepted within seven days of the draw.
13. If the winner does not claim their prize within seven days of the notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).
14. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed.
15. The prizes are non-transferable.
16. Instagram, Facebook or Twitter do not in any way sponsor, endorse or administer this competition and are in no way associated with it. As such, by entering the competition, entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Twitter from any liability to the entrant which arises from their entry to this competition.
17. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing this promotion by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters an no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter reserve the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel any or all competitions at any stage in the events of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
20. Any questions concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Scots Law and the Scottish Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
