Dundee Kiltwalk Competition TS & CS

1. Macb Aberdeen Kiltwalk competition will run via form submission on the Macb website.
2. To enter via the above channels, participants must fill in their name and email address.
3. The winner of the giveaway will be chosen at random.
4. The winner will receive a Garmin Forerunner 55 smartwatch at the Dundee Kiltwalk End Village to be collected from the Macb marquee.
5. Entrants should be aware that certain personal privacy settings on social media platforms may prevent their entry from being seen and this their entry form being registered, for which the promoter and Data Controller will not be liable.
6. This promotion is only open to Scottish residents with a Scottish address aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Macb, their families and any other person directly connected with this promotion.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. Competition entry closes at 23.59 on the 5th of August 2024. Entries after this date will not be considered.
9. The winner will be announced by 23.59 on the 6th of August 2024.
10. Winners will be notified by email via the account they submitted within the form. The winner must respond within 2 days or we reserve the right to redraw a new winner until we receive a response.
11. No cash or other alternative is offered in place of the prize named in these terms and conditions.
12. The prize needs to be accepted on the day of the Aberdeen Kiltwalk 2024.
13. If the winner does not claim their prize on the day, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
14. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed.
15. The prizes are non-transferable.
16. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing this promotion by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters an no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoter reserve the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel any or all competitions at any stage in the events of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
19. Any questions concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Scots Law and the Scottish Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
