TERMS & CONDITIONS – “Macb Fifa World Cup Competition”

The Promotor

1. Promoter: Macb, Refresco Beverages UK, Old Gamrie Road, Macduff, Scotland, AB44 1GD
2. How to enter
3. The competition will run from 3:00pm on 25 May 2026 (the ‘Opening Date’) until 11:59pm on 4 June 2026 (the “Closing Date’) inclusive. Entries after this date and time will not be considered.
4. To enter head to @macbwateruk on Instagram and all participants must:

• Like the World Cup competition post.
• Leave a comment on Instagram
• Be following Macb on Instagram.

3. The Prize
4. One winner will be chosen at random. One winner will receive an iPad 128gb, blue WiFi only official World Cup football.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. No cash equivalent or other alternative is offered in place of the prize named in these terms and conditions. The prize is non-refundable or transferable or exchangeable for anything other than ‘the Prize’ specified.
7. Eligibility

4.1      The promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:

1. employees of the ‘Promoter’ or its holding or subsidiary companies;
2. employees of agents or suppliers of the ‘Promoter’ or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or

• members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

5. Privacy Settings

5.1         Entrants should be aware that certain personal privacy settings on social media platforms may prevent their entry from being seen and thus their entry from being registered, for which the ‘Promoter’ and ‘Data Controller’ will not be liable.

5.2         Instagram (Meta) do not in any way sponsor, endorse or administer this competition and are in no way associated with it. As such, by entering the competition, entrants release Instagram (Meta) from any liability to the entrant which arises from their entry to this competition.

6. The Winner

6.1         Only one winner will be announced on 5 June 2026. The ‘Winner’ will be notified via the social profile through which they entered the competition.

6.2        The prize needs to be accepted within four days of the draw. If the winner does not claim their prize within four days of notification being sent, the ‘Promoter’ reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).

6.5        By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.

6.6        The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.7        The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel any or all competitions at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1        The ‘Promoter’ is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed.

8.2        Insofar as is permitted by law, the ‘Promoter’, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate ‘the Winner’ or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the ‘Prize’. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8.3        This competition is governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
