- Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is Macb, Refresco Beverages UK, Old Gamrie Road, Macduff, Scotland, AB44 1GD.
- How to enter
2.1 The competition will run from 1PM on 13th July 2026 (the ‘Opening Date’) until 10am on 24th July 2026 (the ‘Closing Date’) inclusive. Entries after this date and time will not be considered.
2.2 Only one entry per person. Multiple comments will not count as additional entries.
2.3 To enter, visit @macbwateruk on Instagram and all participants must:
- Like the Ultimate Family Games Pack Competition post.
- Leave a comment on the Ultimate Family Games Pack Competition post.
- Be following @macbwateruk on Instagram.
- The Prize
3.1 Five winners will be selected at random, each receiving an Ultimate Family Games Pack.
3.2 Each Ultimate Family Games Pack is designed for four people and includes: 2x flags, 1 pack egg and spoon race equipment (4x eggs and 4x spoons), 1 pack medals and whistles (4x medals and 4x whistles), 1 pack ring toss (5 frisbee rings and 5 pegs), 4x belts/straps for a 3-legged race, 4x skipping ropes, 1x mini basketball set, 1x tennis set and 1x frisbee.
3.3 No purchase necessary.
3.4 No cash equivalent or other alternative is offered in place of the prize named in these terms and conditions. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for anything other than the Prize specified.
- Eligibility
4.1 The promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
- employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
- Privacy Settings
5.1 Entrants should be aware that certain personal privacy settings on social media platforms may prevent their entry from being seen and thus their entry from being registered, for which the Promoter and Data Controller will not be liable.
5.2 Instagram (Meta) is not a sponsor of this competition and is not affiliated with its administration. By entering, entrants confirm that they release Instagram (Meta) from any liability arising from participation in the competition.
- The Winners
6.1 Five winners will be announced on 24 July 2026. The Winners will be notified via the social profile through which they entered the competition.
6.2 The prize needs to be accepted within four days of the draw. If any of the winners do not claim their prize within four days of notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner, and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize.
6.3 By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
6.4 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel any or all competitions at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
- Limitation of liability
7.1 The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed.
7.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7.3 This competition is governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
